I enjoy living in Autumnwoods.

We now have better managemnt &
office staff, better
maintenance staff, & better
security patrols. No apartment
complex is perfect, but they
are making positive strides to
let you know they care.

I would say get to know your
managament staff & matienance
staff. Let them know who you &
who your family is.Express
your concerns face to face so
that they can put a name to a
face and better help you. I
introduce myself & my family
to any new neighbors. By doing
this you get to know each
other & can look out for one
another. We have lived here
for 7 yrs & this is by far the
best staff that we have ever
had. Let me share an experince
we had about 2months ago,,,.
My husband went to the office
to alert them of wet carpet
from an overflowed toilet, 10
minutes later a knock on the
door and the manager, April
was here to vacuum up the
mess. I was so shocked &
excited. We have never had a
manager to come and help with
a work order. In my
conversations with April about
the carpet, I asked if we
could replace the carpet with
laminate or someting else. She
said that she would talk with
her boss......well we have a
new flooring & we didn't have
to pay for it. What a
blessing that was & is to my
family My best advice to
anyone is to simply
communicate with the staff.
They are not perfect, but will
try to help any way that they
can.

This property has a great
staff, quiet, amenities, and
is very family oriented. Great
value for the price.

I love Elaine & her staff. We
have lived here for 7 yrs.This
is the best manager we have
had since we have been here.
The matinence guys are very
friendly & even know your
name! Due to the age of the
complex, I do feel as though
some upgrades are long
overdue. For example, the
tennis court needing a new net
and fence. The car care center
is only a water hose. Either
eliminate the word " car care
center" from the brochure or
add a few amenities that make
it an actual car care center.
